I really like the three last posts you've done - Like the way you've balanced short and long posts - and the precise/economic way you linked to your site.
The post about The Guardian piece about student life reads well you've got a nice conversational rhythm to the prose which is just right for blogging I think. Try to think about how you could link this post to other things online...
The same goes for your computer episode - when you describe all the different things you search around for online/do with your computer, why not link to some of those things as you do it...
But great stuff overall. Remember you don't have to post long pieces all the time... just putting stuff up regularly works well for blogs.
